There won't be to many scientist working on this unless they can get grant money for the research. Without grants or goverment money the scientist will not spend their time or resources on this becasue they know in ten years we will be talking about Global Cooling again or some new threat for them to spend others money for reaserch.

we should just suck all the greenhouse gasses up with a big vacum and make the canister into a space shuttle and blast it off into outer space...
