I think it's the 2005 Ravens. We were missing Springs most of the season. We were WAY off on Archuleta. Both of those things were just two guys but HUGE.

Injuries happen to everyone. Both teams that made it to the Super Bowl were missing starters. It's how you overcome them and if you have quality depth to overcome them. That's the problem at Redskin Park. No quality depth because Gibbs likes to trade away 3rd and 4th round draft picks for a QB past his prime and a back up RB.

I've been saying all along that Springs was the one on the other side of those quotes in the Tom Friend article...it was obvious.

Spings is a good player when he plays. Unfortually he doesnt play enough. He was always hurt in Sea., now unfortually he been hurt the last two year here. Why would the skins care about a hit on the cap. They think they can go around the cap anytime. So that shouldnt be a big deal since they never make any mistake keeping or siging people. I like Spings but u cant count on him anymore. They need to keep Dockery.

I wonder if we could trade Springs for a 5th or 6th rounder.
