Generally speaking, in these Pro Bowl games guys really don't try to lay the wood on anyone.

That being said, guys will still be nervous when they see that burgundy helmet dashing across the field.

Except Taylor doesn't care if it pre-season, practice, regular season or pickup in the back yard. If they get anywhere near him, he is going to lay them out.

This is my concern. He is going to lay someone really bad and will be blackballed for future choices. Santana was laid out last year and who will ever forget the hit Lavar placed on Ricky Williams on the goal line.

i don't think Taylor deserved to go. but i don't think he will hold back. the AFC receivers had better beware

So what's the argument against Samuels if we want to discuss nobody on this team deserving a Pro Bowl nod??

How about Cooley, I think we could argue that he "deserved" a nod more than Witten.

I don't feel like the line in general started playing well and aserting itself until the season was already lost. Same with Cooley, his play picked up in the second half of the season when they were already out of it. I agree that those are the only two with any argument at all. You can make a case for those two if you try to...My point on ST though is that he literally had an awful season...not good or even average but awful. His only good game was Carolina IMO.

Taylor's season was no worse than Roy Williams. Roy Williams is not a safety, he is an out of position linebacker.

New Orleans humiliated Roy specifically as well as the rest of the Cowboys defense. They didn't do that to the Tarantula. In Cowboys losses, Roy was a joke. Why don't I hear just as much criticism about his selection?

Bob Sanders is a good safety, but its easy to play safety when your team has a 20 point lead and dwight freeney.
thats a good point. I dont know how someone can say sanders is better. yeah the guy makes their defense better when hes on the field, but do recievers fear him? I dont think so.

Honestly, I would rather have ST too becasue of his upside. But right now Sanders is better. That's all I'm sayin.

DUDE??!!

I just went throught this entire room. How many times are you going to bring up Bob Sanders?? Enough already.

Sean Taylor is the man and I hope this is the first of 10+ years in the pro bowl.

Bob Sanders is good for his size but ST is the INTIMADATOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roy Williams had a bad season as well...which bad season was better is not a debate I am up for...Taylor did not play well at all this season. We all know that...what Roy Williams does with the cowfcks is irrelevent to me. I am concerned with ST's poor play and I don't want his head getting big this offseason thinking that he had a pro bowl season...that's my only point.
