Oh man I'm hurting today. I think SB sunday has become a bigger pig-out day than even Thanksgiving.
how much junk did you eat yesterday?MTK 02-05-2007, 10:54 AM Oh man I'm hurting today. I think SB sunday has become a bigger pig-out day than even Thanksgiving. TheMalcolmConnection 02-05-2007, 10:57 AM Me too. I gained six pounds! Half a case of beer, brownies made from two sticks of butter, peanut butter, a pound of sugar and chocolate on top. Teriyaki wings, carmelized onion dip, ribeyes, whoopie pies and more. MTK 02-05-2007, 10:59 AM yeah I'm feeling a bit bloated today, I don't even want to see a scale today LOL. Gotta hit the gym this afternoon for some serious cardio. I'm going to be sweating white castle cheeseburgers LOL TheMalcolmConnection 02-05-2007, 11:05 AM Oh god, I was sitting and sweating because I ate so much. The good news is, it's mostly water weight and I bet we'll drop it all after a day or two. I was 181 yesterday, 190 when I went to bed and 187 when I woke up. It's almost nothing a good deuce won't fix. MTK 02-05-2007, 11:09 AM LOL yeah a good deuce, a good 45 minutes on the elliptical, and after a day or two I'll be back to normal. Right now I'm hating life though. TheMalcolmConnection 02-05-2007, 11:11 AM I'm a self-hater too when I look in the mirror. I'm like, "Goddamn, you sloppy bitch!!!" I feel a lot like Katharine McPhee, except not as hot. Schneed10 02-05-2007, 11:39 AM I'm a self-hater too when I look in the mirror. I'm like, "Goddamn, you sloppy bitch!!!" I feel a lot like Katharine McPhee, except not as hot. LOL! Two huge BBQ beef briscuit sandwiches, potato skins w/ bacon, cheese, & sour cream, beef quesadillas, and plenty of beer (Moosehead was the choice). I feel like there's a brick in my belly this morning. I ate some Kashi cereal this morning to try to push it through. After a day of eating like that, I get excited to see the size of my deuce the next day. TheMalcolmConnection 02-05-2007, 11:40 AM Too bad mheisig isn't here. I'm sure he has a legendary deuce tale for us. I've taken two deuces this morning and it's showing no signs of stopping. Gmanc711 02-05-2007, 11:51 AM But was it worth it? Totally..... BDBohnzie 02-05-2007, 11:56 AM I'm on the deuce train as well. Twice today already, and I'm building up #3. Didn't do too badly yesterday. A bowl of chili, a bowl of corn chowder, a small plate or 2 of pretzels, chips and dips, and about 8 Blue Moons. And it's totally worth it. Today, it's back to healthy choice soup for lunch. |
