After the kickoff to the Super Bowl this will be all forgotten and next year stupid Boomer and all of the other Belichek worshippers will continue their worship of him.
I don't think they "worship" Belichick, but they do talk about him a lot because the Patriots are one of the league's most successful teams.
The people who run ESPN aren't stupid. They know full well that talking about winners generates more interest than talking about losers.

His daughter applied for an internship with me. I wonder if we'll select her this spring. That'd be interesting
Anyhow, as I understand BB said he made a mistake and apologized about it. Of course, that may be too little too late
have you seen her? whats she look like?

Boomer wore a Belichek cutoff sweatshirt before the AFC Championship game.
I know it is funny, but it annoyed me. I am glad the Patriots system of dropping every guy who wants a reasonable contract was exposed this year. I would love to see Brady hold out since he specifically signed a less lucrative contract so they could keep the team intact.

She's been on TV before. ESPN did piece on her and BB. She plays field hockey. She looks JUST like her dad.

It will be interesting to see how much this guy sues the team for because we know that where this is going. I just have a hard time believing that Belichick would force a guy to play after the Teams trainer said not to. If he did I'm sure we will hear from other former Pat players as this unfolds. If he is successful in sueing it could really change how teams do things.

Lawsuit waiting to happen. Or perhaps Kraft will settle it out of court.

The Patriots haven't had a good line? I know they're not the Hogs, but they've been no pushovers either.
Of course they have had a good line. You don't win one SuperBowl let alone 3 in 4 years without continuity, consistency and performance.
This may piss some people off but their line was better than the Hogs. The Hogs never won 2 out of 4 let alone 3 out of four.
Regardless of how many rings they won, I think the 1991 Hogs have to be considered one of the best lines in the history of the game. There were games where Rypien wasn't even breathed on.

I don't know that I'd say they were "exposed". A fourth AFC title appearance in six years isn't too shabby. Would they have been in the Super Bowl without some of those defections? It's impossible to say.
Whatever one might think of the New England system, it has certainly produced more victories the last three years than the Gibbs II approach.
