I just got a call from the Redskins office saying I am up for season tics on the upper level. They need a $50.00 per seat deposit but they cannot tell me where the seats will be only that its upper level. They are $700.00 per side line and $480.00 for endzone. I just had a child and will only be able to go to a few games a year and I don't know how hard it is to sell the extra tics. I need help and if I do decide to get them should I get 2 or four seats and which would be easier to re sell. Please give me some imput.

While I don't have season tickets, I have lots of hook-ups who DO. They act as though they have no issues selling them. Being as you're in Redskins Country like me (VA and MD), it should be fairly easy to unload them. It might be tough to unload four seats, so if anything, I'd go ahead and sign up for the two.

The tickets I buy each year are end zone and honestly I don't care if I was sitting on the edge of the stadium about to fall out. Real fans will buy the tickets and there are plenty of real fans on here and in the papers to buy your tickets.

If anything, pick out the games you want to go to after you buy the tickets and sell the rights long before the games.

i agree with malcolm, except i think if you can afford 4, thats the way to go. then if you want to go to alot of the games, but are having problems finding someone to go, you could easily sell the other 2 here or on ebay
and congrats. you walking around with wood after you found out?

Sorry I posted this right after they called and I was headed out to lunch. I'm leaning toward the 4 tickets and would probably only go to two or three games a year. The other thing which is holding me back is tha my brother in law has 4 season tics. and I go to a couple of games a year with him. Though this year he sold all 4 to a person for the years so i did not get to go to a game. Any other positive or negative feed back is welcome. The games I do not choose to go to I'd probably sell at face price plus a few extra bucks to cover the addtional cost involved so they would be easier to sell.

I was offered season tickets last year and went ahead and purchased them. I decided to go with 2 tickets. I unfortunately had to sell them twice and did not have much of a problem doing so (craigs list).

For whatever reason, my particular row of seats ALWAYS had empty ones around me...like I would have 5-8 seats to chose from depending on the game. This one particular time it was a total of 8 of us going to the game. After the first quarter everyone met up in my section and we were able to sit together.

I too debated buying more than 2 tickets and just selling them, but did not feel like dealing with the hassle and possibly ending up with extra tickets (I pretty much took a different friend to each home game).

Hope that gives you a little more help in deciding.

Man that kicks ass!
I would love to have season tickets, but being across the atlantic ocean kinda stops that a little - but at least I'll know who to contact when I make my trip (at some point) over to FedEx! ;-)

If I do get them like I said I will only go to 2 or 3 games and will sell to you guys for face value. I told my wife and she was kind of pumped to get them so thats will help. I didn't tell her that I wasn't going to take her to any games.LOL

To go along with this thread i put myself on the waiting list 2 years ago thinking by the time i finally came up i would have a steady good paying job and could afford them, but apparently ive already come up as they are offering them to me as well, but in no way shape or form can afford them as im a broke college puke, i can barely afford making it to one or two games a year. the only thing that i can see that happened is that my dad was on the list a while back and took himself off of the list a while back for some unknown reason and since we have the exact same name i somehow got bumped up to the top of the list... has anybody ever heard of anything like this happening because i was under the impression it was like a 10 year wait.

Is this odd to anyone else?
