It looks more than incidental to me, but that might be due to my preconceived notions of Kobe. He seems like the kinda guy that would start doing dirty stuff if he is mad or if you are playing tight defense. He is also the type that is arrogant and would claim he didn't mean to. I hope he didn't do it on purpose, but I would not be surprised if he is lying and he did it intentionally.
