Are you suffering from football fatigue? I think you need a break until draft time. Norv isn't even better than Marty since then. Since '93 I'd put Gibbs first and Shottenheimer second. Norv's third, at best. Although it isn't really much to brag about considering how inept the team has been in that time.

You are correct, its not much to brag about. I guess I kind of dismiss Marty because he was only here a year but if you count him then the order is Marty, Norv, & JG. The winning % are Marty .500, Norv .490, JG .437.
I hope JG can turn it around and vault himself into the lead.

You said it! I hope next season is more like 2005 and nothing like 2006. I didn't realize the winning percentages read like that.

I'm not saying Norv is a great coach but of all the coaches the skins have had since 1993 (including Gibbs now) Norv is the best of a bad bunch. That tells you how bad this organization has been.

I'm sorry, but that is one heapin' load of the smelly stuff. It took Norv nearly all of the 90's just to have one winning season. At least Gibbs brought us back to the playoffs in his second year back. Shotty would've probably had this team at least no worse than 10-6 if Snyder would've put his itchy trigger finger back in the holster after that first season. Norv wasn't the worse, but he certainly wasn't the best.
