Is this guy amazing or what? 7th straight in a row, he just doesn't lose when he plays.

He always starts off alright, and not in the lead, but in the clutch he always pulls it off. It almost feels like he toys with the competition for a bit, and in the end he just turns it up outta nowhere.

It's just amazing to watch Tiger and Federer dominate their sports the way they do. Respect!

They showed the stat where Tiger has won 54 tournaments and every other guy in the top 5 or so had won 1 or 0. It's just not fair. They all feel the pressure, but Tiger is just out there playing a round with his buddies. No pressure felt at all. He is unbelievable. It is almost like watching Pro Wresling. You know who is going to win.

He doesn't start slow he just basically plays the same round four times in a row. No one else seems to be able to put together 4 quality rounds. The only people who compete are those who shoot one great round, 2 ok rounds and an average round.

The amazing thing is that two years ago people were saying that his best days were behind him, that he would never match the tiger slam, that he couldnt win without Butch Harmon, that his wife was too hot and too distracting, that he didn't have the same drive as Vijay or Phil, and that the competition had caught up to him by training harder.

I am biased because I am a Tiger fanatic, but I always contended these positions were ridiculous. The thing about Tiger during that two year stretch where he didn't win a tournament was, he played absolutely terrible and still contended. He was spraying balls all over the fairway and still finishing in the top 10 at majors. Even in 05 when he won the masters and british, he didnt really play that well - he just grinded people out. Then last year after taking that time off it seems like everything clicked in terms of implementing hank haney's methods. Now he is, dare we say it, better than he has ever been. We are so lucky to be watching one of the greatest athletes ever in his prime.

And his short game is amazing, especially on the green.

I vaguely followed the tourney this weekend, saw he was in contention going into the weekend, and said, eh, he'll win.

If Tiger is within 5-8 strokes going into the 3rd round, he'll be in contention on Sunday. He's simply amazing when it comes to playing on his game in the clutch.
