Let me throw this challenge out there too. How many teams finished the season with more than 10 starters in the lineup that were actually drafted by said team??
Not to mention that the entire NFC East SUCKED this year. Not one of them was really good in my opinon. This year was a total bust - ONWARD AND UPWARD!!

It looks like we really missed an opporotunity this year.
But you have to figure, Tiki's absence will hurt the Giants no matter what and it doesn't look like Eli has progress very much, if at all. Throw in a possible coaching change in Big D and NY.
We return just about all starters, draft a few solid prospects and we might not be in bad shape.

Who was pushing to keep Walt Harris last year??
Talk about a perfect example of hindsight being 20/20.
Nobody wanted Walt Harris back at the time. Agreed.

Talk about a perfect example of hindsight being 20/20.Who's whining that we got rid of him now? (I know lots of people are, but why?)
He racked up a bunch of INTs playing in a D far superior to ours. He's not any better than Kenny Wright, and I believe Wright came cheaper. They are both sure tacklers and have coverage issues.
I was really, really, really sour when Pierce signed with NY, because he was and still is one of my favorite players in the league. But we've won more playoff games without him than NY has won with him, so I've come to peace with it. He's gone, let it go.

Now THAT'S a good point. Thank you for making it.
When I whine about players gone, I'm not really whining about the players. I'm whining about the decision making. Unless I/we understand what's changed (or who has changed), there's no real reason to think next year will be any better. But that's a lot of insider info we won't see. Roster changes are easy to see. So bitch bitch bitch.

I don't get this thread....our personnel moves have been by and large disastrous and now you propose to stop discussing them - after what some have called the most disappointing season in franchise history? Should we only start threads about what a monster year Marshall is going to have next year?

yeah your right, we should all stop bitching, but its not going to happen as long as this organization keeps making stupid decisions....

It is what it is. Not bashing other threads.
Just a thread to drop off your who's not here baggage.
I'm personally done with recycling the same old names over and over again.

Three!
