Don't worry, I'll tell him. Hey, Sean, get an agent! (If only this would help! ;))

Well, they say that things don't really get going until after July 4th. It's July 3rd, so we've still got a couple of days before the real worry sets in.

We're still trying to work out a deal, don't worry I'll get him in camp on time!

It would be nice if agents werent involvlved. There sure would be less holdouts.
Really why does he need one playing in Washington? You know he is not going to get short changed.

you cant really get short changed on a rookie contract. They basically just have to agree on years, which shoudl be easy because of all the rules about being a restricted player and what not. And then just give him like ten percent more than Newman got last year.

I'm not worried yet. If it gets to be the middle of the month, and were still no where at all, then I'll really start to be worried. Was there any word on why he even fired Rosenhaus in the first place?

You don't need an agent. Negotiant a fair contract and have a $500 p/h lawyer take a close look at it.

Rookie contracts are easier to structure than later ones. Take last year's number 5, add 10%, viola!

Will you tell Lavar or shall I?
