I hesitate to ever say a schedule looks either tough or easy, because so much changes in the NFL from year to year. But one positive from our dismal 2006 season is that we get Arizona and Tampa next season - two last place teams.

Here are our opponents:

Cowboys twice
Eagles twice
Giants twice
Bears
Lions
Packers
Vikings
Patriots
Jets
Bills
Dolphins
Cardinals
Buccaneers

On the plus side, we face the NFC North. On the downside, we face the AFC East.

Is it just me or does it feel like we always play the Bucs?

Great, we get Tampa to be able to beat us again. And why must we ALWAYS play them DOWN THERE.

I wonder how Cadillac was able to run on us this time even without a better QB in Simms.

Something also is telling me ARZ will be improved next year. James with that receiver corps is no joke. They just need someone to make it work.

I love having another shot at the Vikings next year. That first game loss to them still has me feeling like I got kicked in the nuts. The schedule does look "easy". The patriots are about the only perrenial powerhouse team that I see. I hope NY keeps Coughlin and Dallas parts ways with Parcells. I curse Andy Reid for being so good and non-controversial.

I hope we play Arizona early on, they will have a new coach and a young team. They were supposed to turn it around this year....they didn't, who's to think it won't be the same over again. And Tampa will be much better with Simms back. And the Packers look like they are heading in the right directiion if Favre returns. Not an easy schedule in my opinion, since the rest of the NFC East should improve with young QBs at the helm.

Green Bay, Tampa Bay, and Minnesota will tougher than people think. Ditto for Miami and Buffalo.

And Arizona has given the Redskins fits in recent years.

This schedule looks like a doozy to me.

Trying to draw any strong conclusions about the schedule in January is pretty pointless.

Nope, it's not just you -- we do always play the Bucs. I live near Tampa, and it's rare that I get to see a nationally televised Redskins game, unless it's prime-time or against Tampa. So, when I get the opportunity I definitely take notice. I think we've played Tampa every year since the year after they went to the Superbowl.

We really have a tough schedule. All games are tough up here:)

Man, I really don't see any team that we should man handle. The Lions showed they have game on Sunday. The Vikes may have found a nice QB, and this will be Childress' second season to do his thing. The Pack, can't tell me they won't be better next year? Looks pretty scary if you ask me.

Our schedule this year was a joke, and we went 5-11. In the nfc, 5-11 is pretty bad. I wonder what our record would have been in the AFC, actually I don't wanna know.
