Is the NFL trying to make the Skins and Bucs some sort of rival? This is ridiculous...its been like 4 years in a row now and we always seem to play them in Tampa.
I officially hate Tampa now.

Trying to draw any strong conclusions about the schedule in January is pretty pointless.
what else are we supposed to do? :(
watch the rest of the division play in the playoffs? I'm depressed.

Our schedule this year was a joke, and we went 5-11. In the nfc, 5-11 is pretty bad. I wonder what our record would have been in the AFC, actually I don't wanna know.
Our schedule wasn't a joke. It was harder than the average NFL schedule. Our opponents' winning percentage was .512.

to be a good team, you have to beat who you play. i dont care who is on the schedule, as long as the skins like we think that they are capable of. does that make sense?

Yeah I read you loud and clear. You determine how good your record is going to be, not your schedule. You want to be the best, then beat the teams you play.
Work and deserve it, earn it to own it (that's got new signature written all over it).

Well we were 2-2 against the AFC this year, so a .500 record. Over the course of the season that would be 8-8. 8-8 record this year and we could have been talking playoffs baby!!!....sigh

And remember last year when we saw our opponents, we were instantly marking the Vikings and Titans down as wins while Jacksonville was most likely a loss?

Yeah. And we were thinking the Saints would be an easy win, until we actually were heading into that game thinking we had no chance, and we ended up pulling it out.
Just when you think you know how it's going to play out, it all goes Flipmode on your ass.

I like this schedule on paper. The NFC North only has one above average team (Chicago), and Portis ran all over their vaunted defense in both 2004 and 2005 meetings. The Patriots are the one AFC team that scares me of that bunch. Then again who thought in their wildest dreams that this year's team would lose 11 games.

So therefore, I take nothing into what the schedule is going to look like. I BETCHA' ARZ looks at the top linemen in the draft. Look what the Jets did when they got the best center and tackle in the draft.
