I doubt this will convince you of anything, but it's hard to argue that this is the poor getting shafted by the legal system. Nifong won't get disbarred, but he will probably get a disciplinary warning of some sort (I don't know what the procedures are in NC). He was determined from day 1 to nail the lacrosse players, despite having only a shaky case at best.

Poor girl gets shafted by the legal system again!. Yes I am kidding. They ought to send her to jail for this whole debacle.

My guess is that Nifong actually will be disbarred, assuming the reports I've heard are true. He did some pretty bad sh*t.

While the stripper is no saint and should be prosecuted if she did indeed file a false police report, the players weren't exactly saints themselves. Granted, they certainly got far more punishment in the media than they deserved. But, it sounds like all involved are morons.

If she is charged with a crime, the black community in North Carolina should ask for an investigation over lets says about a hundred years and find out how many black men were lynched in the state of good ol' North Cackalacka for being accused by the state or some crazy anatomically inferior fool of raping a white woman. Don't get me started on the issue of in justice and preferential treatment when it is a white and black dynamic. They were not supposed to experience injustice because they were rich and white. God forbide they didn't have 1 million dollars each to clear themselves.
