His stats are through the roof though, project them out to a full season he would have over 4000 yards and over 30 TDs.

He also has the highest passer rating in the NFC at the moment.

[quote=onlydarksets;262278] Also, he had the benefit of not carrying the entire season on his shoulders when he became a starter.

Who knows what he would have done if he had started from day 1. The only thing that is certain is that we don't know, and that he hasn't proved himself over the course of the entire season. quote]

I don't agree you can only be judged by the games you play and how much value you have and if those games made a difference and put you aboved that group.

Ben Roethlisberger in 2004 went to the PB but only started 13 games but he lead his team to the championship he didn't had the best stats but his team didn't lose a game on his command.

Favre has had a lot of bad games this year, Vick also and heck Romo beat Vick, you can say all about Vick's record setting rushing yards for a QB but guess what the real function of a QB isn't running is passing and winning games and he hasn't had agood year i nany of those areas Hasselbeck has been injure and hasn't had a good year.

The only Qb if he hadn't been Injured that I believe deservedit way more than Romo is McNabb

If McNabb had stayed healthy it would have been Brees/McNabb, and everybody else. They're the only two QBs in the NFC worth talking about until Romo proves he can handle an entire season.

I think with a healthy McNabb, Romo still get's in. Yes, even over Bulger.

I'm sure he got tons of support from fans, but you have to consider his peers voted too.

If Romo is a Pro Bowler, than Betts should be starting. Project Betts numbers out across an entire season, he'd probably break every record in the book.

Few points:

Why are people upset that Samuels made the pro-bowl and contend that he is overrated? I guess you people would be happy if we had no one. That makes a lot of sense.

Roy Williams making it over Dawkins is almost criminal. Dawkins hits just as hard except he can actually cover.

Whoever voted for Williams must have blocked out the Redskins and Saints games because you could argue that Williams is one of the worst safeties in the league from those horrid performances.

Lastly. D'Boyz claiming that Larry Allen is overrated? Sour grapes chief. I said it when they lost him, I will say it now. Larry Allen was the best lineman they had and he is better than any of their linemen now. It isn't a coincidence that the Niners runningback is leading the NFC.

Romo plays for a probable division winner and definite playoff team.

He wouldn't break the touchdown record... (which is still being made)

"Sean Taylor, FS, Redskins: Cowboys safety Roy Williams has no business on this team, even though he's a strong safety and Taylor a free safety. Williams can't cover at all. Taylor is not only a big hitter, but he has range. There should be one strong safety (Adrian Wilson) and two free safeties (Taylor and Brian Dawkins)."

How come the NFC roster has 2 Strong Safeties (Adrian Wilson & Roy Williams) and only one Free Safety (Brian Dawkins). And the AFC roster has it versa vice ... 2 FS (Ed Reed & Jon Lynch) and 1 SS (Troy Polamalu)

It Dont make a no sense to me

If Betts was doing this earlier in the year when they still could have added him to the Pro Bowl ballot he might have had a shot.

Dude it isn't sour grapes man LA is the best guard ebver to play football or in the top 3 at the worst time he's a HOF and he is 1 of the big parts of why Emmith is the leading rusher and we won 3 SB.

But the reallity is he isn't that guy anymore he's still good but not great and he only played 9 games he has been going the past 3 years to the PB just by name we all know that.

You used to see him twice a year I look at him the hole year.
