It looks like we will have some continuity next year.

Well, this means we will be taking another shot at it with the team we have.

I honestly could see us in the playoffs next year, but something big and unforseen would need to happen for us to make the Super Bowl. We need an impact defensive lineman.

That's good, that will help us win next year. No excuses.

(For self promoting purposes) I thought this part was interesting

"Members of the organization will meet extensively in January, when Gibbs will assess every aspect of the franchise from how it conducts training camp -- it likely will be longer and more rigorous, he has hinted -- to the construction of the roster to the way techniques and schemes are taught to players. It is conceivable other members of the staff will not be back, or that some may be asked to assume different roles, which has occurred in both offseasons since Gibbs's return."

Considering I had just last week written this (http://www.thewarpath.net/256737-post1.html)

We should cherish Coach Gibbs while we have him, other teams may outplay us on the feild, but no one will out work him. All of the Gibbs bashers were probably Spurrier jock sniffers until he failed.

It's good to hear that the core of coaches will be back, though I'm sure there will be some changes among the position coaches.

Yes I am sure there will be some changes to how things are done around the park. CONTINUITY is a good thing and breeds winning, especially with a championship caliber coach!

Speaking of continuity, I'm optimistic that the coaches will spend a lot of time working with Campbell in the off season. I really feel that if he goes into camp next year with a firm grasp on the offense, he'll be be able to get the ball to our play makers more often, and then the playmakers can more easily do what we pay them to do. I'm just pumped that the key element on our team is on his way up in terms of his career and not on his way down.

Saunders said Campbell needs to live at Redskins Park in the offseason.

I'm sure they're going to give him quite the education, it's not going to be much of an offseason for him. LOL

great! another season of poor management- bad play calling, horrible clock management, non performing signing bonus "must haves"!

if we keep'em all, we need gibbs to clamp down on the coaches...establish who is boss- especially with williams
