Anybody else see this team with...pardon the pun...too many chiefs??? It's like too many assistant head coaches trying everything instead of utilizing one solid game plan and then management has too many voices so it can't get set on one solid plan on how to build AND MAINTAIN a steady, winning organization. Maybe i'm wrong here but it looks that way to me.
