who's your goat?
Skins/Falcons goat of the dayMTK 12-03-2006, 07:28 PM who's your goat? 12thMan 12-03-2006, 07:31 PM I'm going with the coaching on this one. We had them on the ropes, and we got away from the run. dall-assblows 12-03-2006, 07:33 PM the coaching goes with the D. the defense was terrible skinsfan69 12-03-2006, 07:35 PM who's your goat? Why would you even put JC in there? GTripp0012 12-03-2006, 07:36 PM I think ultimately it's the D. Campbell + coaching created a problem though, but it's tough to seperate the blame between the two. Either way, it's about half what the defense was. MTK 12-03-2006, 07:36 PM Why would you even put JC in there? Someone will vote for him, just watch DGreen28 12-03-2006, 07:37 PM Secondary and LBs MTK 12-03-2006, 07:38 PM The D got gashed today by the best rushing team in the NFL. A part of me can't hate on that too much. But still, it's tough to win when you give up 200+. Citizens for 81 12-03-2006, 07:40 PM Has to be the D. They let the Falcons stay in the game and Atlanta made the big plays. O-line was largely responsible for the 1st qtr success. Poor protection schemes and lack of help from the rbs had more to with Atlanta's success in blitzing than just the o-line's play. Jason made mistakes, but the defense failed to give him more opportunities. GTripp0012 12-03-2006, 07:40 PM Why would you even put JC in there?Because he was 18/38 for 217 (5.7 yards an attempt) with 2 INTs. That's not good enough to win. Brunell's worst game wasn't that bad. It's not all his fault (his statline...the game was never in his control), but either way, he didn't get it done today. He wasn't as big as a problem as the defense, but IMO he regressed today. Let's hope he gets back on track vs. Phily. |
