if anyone, GW should go. the defense is the worst pat of our team.

what are you guys smoking?

Dude, I am now convinced that you are retarded and that this is your "make a wish" to torment me on this board. How in the hell can you defend Gibbs based on his past, but in the very same breath you call for Williams' head when his defense has been top 10 the past 2 years?

NO. NO. NO. Joe Gibbs brought in Saunders. Im so sick of no one putting the responsiblity for this mess on JOE GIBBS. Gibbs is the one who overspent for Brunnell and stuck by him. GIBBS is the one who brought in Saunders. Ultimately Gibbs is responsible and its time to take responsibility. Bring in Russ Grimm.

Now that would be an interesting hire. But it aint gonna happen.

Not GW but the GM needs to go. Bad trades and signings. Smoot, Pierce, Lavar, Clark, Bring in Arch

The critism that Gibbs draws is totally warranted. Let's get a couple of things straight: The Redskins had a good tradition before Gibbs came here in the 80s. George Allen took the team to the Super Bowl if anyone cares to remember. I think what Gibbs did during his tenure was cement the franchise among the greatest in football.

Secondly, there seems to be an attitude that because Joe Gibbs has three Super Bowl rings, he's beyond reproach some how. I just don't get it. In three years since his arrival, the offense has been sporadic and inconsistent.

Al Saunders isn't the blame, Joe Gibbs is to blame. Daniel Snyder isn't to blame, Joe Gibbs is to blame. Gregg Williams isn't to blame, Joe Gibbs is to blame. Even when Williams fielded a top defense the past two years, we failed to give him an offense that could remotely keep pace and challenge to be a contender.

You guys can say what you will about Gibbs, but the bottom line...THE BOTTOM line is he hasn't done a good job since he has returned to Washington.

Yo Dall-assblows, Im still waiting for you to make the case, based on Gibbs work over the past 3 years, that Gibbs should stay. You haven't because you can't.

Gibbs isn't blowing coverages, missing tackles, making mistakes on the field. it is about execution.

its GW fault, we have absolutly no defense, not easy to win games when you've got no D.

i would love to see GW get fired

i would love to see GW get firedI think Gregg Williams should be under the microscope the next 4 games. If he shows that he can get these guys to play well enough for us to win, I say keep him and all the vets and sign a piece or two. If the D shows no promise, we should tear it down, and start over with someone new as we become an offensive football team.

After all, if we were playing with a team of replacement players on D, it wouldn't be any worse.

It's asanine the things the people actually say when it comes to Joe Gibbs. It's beyond me.

Look if the Cowboys can fire Tom 'friggin' Landry, we can certainly send some critism Joe Gibbs way.
