Its keeping the current decision making entirely with Joe Gibbs, so selecting new coordinators or firing coordinators would be solely his judgment.
Who else do you want calling the shots? Danny Boy? He sucks his last go around.
The fans? You? lol

It says I voted "no", but I didn't.
The same thing happened in Fla. in 2000.
Your vote is a hanging chad!

Well I even out with one of you, because it says I voted "yes" but I didn't want to.

It's very technical
Ha, my problem was that I was voting based on the way the question was originally worded, but it must have changed right before I clicked it. Damn hanging chads.
I reset the poll to 0 so there's no way there's multiple people under the no category that shouldn't be, there's only 2 no votes up there right now.
AMD I'll change yours, now 3 no votes.

I wholeheartedly support wholesale changes in the roster and coaching staff. We, as an organization, have been far too patient and conservative in our offseason strategies. I think it's about time that we tried something new, like kick out the coaching staff and find some real nice free agents this offseason. Haven't we learned that consistency has killed this franchise?
I say we sign a HoF head coach, a offensive guru who's consistently produced top-flight offenses, and a defensive coach who's coached top 10 defenses.
As for the players, we need a big-money defensive end, a big money strong safety to complement Sean Taylor, and another receiving threat who can complement Santana Moss.

The critism that Gibbs draws is totally warranted. Let's get a couple of things straight: The Redskins had a good tradition before Gibbs came here in the 80s. George Allen took the team to the Super Bowl if anyone cares to remember. I think what Gibbs did during his tenure was cement the franchise among the greatest in football.
Secondly, there seems to be an attitude that because Joe Gibbs has three Super Bowl rings, he's beyond reproach some how. I just don't get it. In three years since his arrival, the offense has been sporadic and inconsistent.
Al Saunders isn't the blame, Joe Gibbs is to blame. Daniel Snyder isn't to blame, Joe Gibbs is to blame. Gregg Williams isn't to blame, Joe Gibbs is to blame. Even when Williams fielded a top defense the past two years, we failed to give him an offense that could remotely keep pace and challenge to be a contender.
You guys can say what you will about Gibbs, but the bottom line...THE BOTTOM line is he hasn't done a good job since he has returned to Washington.
then i guess he can always go back to his raceshop in charlotte then.
thats just MHO thats all.
oh yeah i voted no.
