Tough thread here!!
I think Gibbs has been criticized plenty, just as the organization as a whole has. Sure, Skins fans have been hesitant to blame him because he got us to the playoffs & is trying to stabilize the team long-term. We know he knows what he’s doing.
What is most annoying about this article, is that if you’re blaming Gibbs for not playing JC till now after only 2 starts, don’t you have to then at least credit him for making the move to get him when no other teams did?

Here's the link by the way
Gibbs made QB change too late • NFL_Czar's Blog - FOX Sports Blogs (http://community.foxsports.com/blogs/NFL_Czar/2006/11/14/Gibbs_made_QB_change_too_late)
In my opinion, Gibbs consistently has taken blame and has been blamed by others. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that Campbell was ready even a month ago.
This article makes no sense whatsoever and this guy obviously pays zero attention to the Redskins.
Gibbs has received plenty of heat from the DC media and he is ALWAYS the first one to point the finger at himself.
And it's not 4 different offenses in 4 years for JC, try 6 of 6.
This guy hasn't even heard of the infamous 700 page playbook, he's off by 200.

How come when we are winning and writers criticize our team they are jerks, dumb, etc... but when we are loosing they are the GODS OF FOOTBALL.

Joe Gibbs probably made his quarterback switch decision a few weeks too late to have an impact on this lost Washington season, but at least he did it.
What was always strange about the coach’s reluctance to switch to Jason Campbell was that the young quarterback was Joe’s pick in the draft two years ago. It was Gibbs’ decision to use two extra draft picks and his own first-round pick on Campbell.
Campbell was beaten down by the implications that he wasn’t ready to handle the complicated offense of Al Saunders. When a club starts saying that Campbell has had four different offensive coordinators in the last four seasons, well the tag is that he’s not smart enough to handle the playbook. And how backward is that thinking?
You mean you keep playing Mark Brunell because he knows a 500-page playbook better than Campbell? Now, that really is dumb. Isn’t it supposed to be about production, wins and losses and which player gives your team the best chance to win?
When I first met Campbell at the scouting combine, I told him how much Terry Bradshaw loved his arm. He was so thankful that someone recognized his ability. The only way Campbell and Redskins will ever know whether he can compete in the NFL is by playing.
Finally, Gibbs basically has gotten a free pass in Washington because of his past Hall of Fame accomplishments and those three Super Bowls. Everyone has been blamed but him
OH YEAH THIS IS A ARTICLE TAKEN FROM FOX SPORTS!!! I didn't make it up

look like this. Since your writing probably doesn't normally look like this people will know that this originally came from someone else.
