I have noticed the Skins have terrible clock management towards the end of halfs/games. This game with 3:40 ish left, I feel there were many plays in which the players didnt rush right up to the line. For example, after the QB keeper run(which I thought was a bad call with 2 yards to go) the guys were really slow to get up to the line. I feel like if they managed the clock better, maybe they could have scored quickly, and kicked off, ,rather than a onside kick.
I know the chances of that were unlikely, but in general I have noticed the Skins suck at time management, and I feel it might have cost us games in the past. It is just another sign of a weak NFL team, IMO.

who even knows if we could of stopped them. certainly didn't stop the all day. they could of run every time and we would never even stop them.

Clock management and 2 minute offense is tough to excel at with a young qb, but I think this is something they've struggled with not just this season but ever since Gibbs as taken over.

I hate to put blame on him like that, but I would agree. I think the same thing happened agaisnt Dallas and the Giants this year. I gotta go and look back at the games, and I will bring up more points.
And yeah, Campbell did drive, but I still feel at an NFL level, that drive could have been more effcient. It seemed like they didnt mind about taking the onside kick, instead of trying to score quick with the possibility of kicking off and using timeouts.
Like I said, I dont think it has to do with Campbell, but more with the coaching staff.

I agree with the bad time management thing.
Before the half after the int, they just sat on the ball to run out the clock. They could have run a draw and if it netted some yards, they could have called a time out and maybe attempted a bomb to set up a FG, would have still have had a time out.
Then the last Td drive just took too damn long, I saw everyone dragging their feet, as hooskin mentioned.
I know it's second guessing everything after the fact, but what pisses me off is the none effort by the coaching staff to try to do something positive, instead of just waiving the white flag.

Or they could have turned the ball over on the 6 yard line ....
