that's like saying jim sorgi got a hang nails. dude's a professional bench warmer, and nothing more.

Well fortunately for the Packers Favre is ok and won't have to miss time. That said, I prefer Ingle Martin to Rodgers anyway. I was just talking about Rodgers long-term career. And with him hurt it's even more likely Favre is back next year.

He'll be ready by the opener and will all be deluged with teary-eyed SportCenter features about how much courage and fortitude it took for him to make this amazing recovery. (Pam Oliver: Was there ever a time when you thought you might not be able to play again?) It's the same story they do on Donovan every year. Rush Limbaugh was mean to him. T.O was mean to him. He's always overcoming something that is peripheral to the actual game. I'm sorry for his pain, but the media's bizarre treatment of him is just... bizarre. I agree 110%. Does anyone else besides me think that THIS is what Limbaugh was mentioning when he made his "racially insensitive" comments?

He's great for the game, plays the game for the right reasons, and is a team player in every sense of the word, but if only ESPN and similar outlets would stop acting like he's a sure fire hall-of-famer, I'd be satisfied.

Do a story about someone else. Anyone else.[/

The lack of national media attetion given to Ade Jimoh just irks me the wrong way.

i don't think he has a long term career outside of some spot duty or clip-board holding. I think ingle is probably a better pro, after a couple years of learning, even if he was drafted a year and 5 rounds later.

Man, at the bar EEich and I went to watch the Skins game, the guys sitting at the table next to us were all Eagles fans. Here's sampling of the kind of stuff they were saying after a McNabb interception.

"What the f*** was that? F***ing piece of f****ing sh*t. What a f****king joke. They should all be f****ing shot. F****ing take them out into the parking lot and f***ing shoot the motherf***ers. And shoot the f****ing refs too. F***ing pieces of sh*ts. And f*** Andy Reid. F***ing shoot him then shoot him again. F***. "
Yep living in Eagle territory ...that's how they act ....exactly

Let me get this right, you want the F*ck'N Cowboys to win the division? Dude r u sure you are a Skins fan???????

My thoughts exactly. Personally, I don’t hate the g-men as much as Dall. & philly. If we can’t win it, I’d rather them win it. But in no way will I ever wish a div. title upon the pokes.

If we don't win the division, one of our hated rivals will, so it makes no difference, of course cowboys are probably the last team anyone wants to win just cause they have a lot of scum on that team.
