Gibbs has picked the players and chosen to forsake the draft in lieu of the quick fix via free agency. The only thing Snyder has done since Gibbs came back has been writing checks to fullfill every Gibbs desire. Blame Snyder for pre-Gibbs excesses, but not for this mess.
