After Shuler, Frerotte, Todd Husak, Sage Rosenfels, and Patrick Ramsey, the Redskins are due for a success at selecting a quarterback from the football draft gods ... I hope.
No kidding it is like we have been cursed at QB. We have not had a regular QB-one that has had the job for more then 3 or 4 seasons- since Theisman. Possibly Ripen.

Campbell did say that he will "stretch the field."
Excellent. From what I saw from him in his few preseason starts, he throws a MONEY deep ball. I'm sure Moss and Lloyd are licking their chops.

Frerotte doesn't belong with the rest of those guys in that list. He wasn't too bad...except for when he did this and hurt his neck:

Negative: hasn't played against NFL defenses at full speed and hasn't learned to read Ds yet.
Postive: live arm and good legs, toughness, and character. Support of team (unlike, say, PR).

i just hope he shows some flashes that he's a true NFL starting QB and deserves the job.

JC wears #17 for DWilliams. DWilliams got his first start in Tampa as well (http://www.redskins.com/news/newsDetail.jsp?id=22136).
- Hes only experience is the preseason which means he has no experience.
+ Hes mobile enough to make a play instead of chucking it for the sidelines.
