Gregg Williams' system worked pretty well last year...it just that this year we don't have the DBs to allow a blitz! Al Saunders' offense also cannot be learned overnight! It takes time and it has been proven if you look at the KC Chiefs' offensive history. We are underachieving across the board (well, maybe the D has come back to reality after over-achieveing, but whatever). These are good coaches. Changing coaches, especially Saunders, in his first year and playing with a weak-ass QB, only causes more turmoil. We aren't going to fix this with Danny's checkbook or a quick-fix firing. It's going to take some serious work, I'm afraid. I feel like the offense with a real QB can do some damage. THe D may need a few new bodies, but we know the they can play better (they have in the past). We just don't seem to beleive we can win, and when everyone sees MB go out there and throw the -9 yard pass, you can see why. It's demoralizing across the board.
