IRVING, Texas (Nov. 10, 2006) -- Dallas Cowboys receiver Terry Glenn said he hopes to play Nov. 12 at Arizona even though he apparently aggravated his injured right knee during practice Nov. 10.
Glenn, who had missed two days of practice because of irritation under his kneecap, appeared to re-injure himself reaching for a pass early in practice. He hobbled off the field and slammed his helmet to the floor of the Cowboys' practice building. Afterward, he returned to run some pass routes on the side.
"It just hurts when I make a cut," said Glenn, who expects his status to be a game-time decision. "I think after taking the time off from practice I'll be all right if nothing happens in the game."
Coach Bill Parcells had said Glenn probably wouldn't play against the Cardinals if he didn't practice Nov. 10, but Parcells wasn't available for comment after practice.
The Cowboys listed Glenn as probable (75 percent chance of playing) on the injury report.
Glenn, in his 11th NFL season, has caught 36 passes for 456 yards and four touchdowns this season.
Parcells wouldn't say before practice who would replace Glenn, but undrafted rookie Sam Hurd took most of the snaps with the starters while Glenn was not practicing.
