NFL previews: Week 10 - USATODAY.com (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nfl/2006-11-09-week-10-preview_x.htm)
WASHINGTON REDSKINS (3-5) at PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (4-4)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, Fox
• Surface: Grass. Sheridan's line: Eagles by 7.
• Keys to the game: Eagles QB Donovan McNabb has a 41.3 first-half passer rating in the team's past three games, but he's also been the victim of dropped passes. Philadelphia has come under fire for being too pass-happy, but the temptation will be there again with McNabb working against a secondary that has allowed a league-high 35 completions of 20 yards or longer. But RB Brian Westbrook (sore knee) could get more than the 19.5 touches he has averaged in seven games. Washington desperately needs to attack Philadelphia's undersized run defense, but if WR Santana Moss doesn't play, the Eagles can load up vs. RB Clinton Portis.
• Fast facts: Redskins: QB Mark Brunell is 4-0 in his career vs. Philadelphia. Eagles: McNabb is 8-4 vs. Washington.
• TV announcers: Dick Stockton, Daryl Johnston, TonySiragusa.
• Injuries:
Redskins: Questionable: TE Christian Fauria (ankle), WR Santana Moss (hamstring). Probable: WR David Patten (hamstring), TE Chris Cooley (shoulder), T Jon Jansen (calf), CB Carlos Rogers (thumb).
Eagles: Probable: DT Mike Patterson (hand), CB Lito Sheppard (hand), RB Brian Westbrook (ankle).
I don't see the dropped passes getting any easier for McNabb in this game. Secondary picks up their game, McNabb's passer rating goes down.
Redskins win!
