Breaking News from Redskins Park says Troy Vincent has been named Special Teams player of the week! Congrats to Troy. I am liking this guys presence more and more and I think he could turn the defense around single handedly.

I also really loved what Tony said about him. Saying that he was the guy who got some enthusiasm back in the defense.

I also really love that he played for the Eagles for such a long period of time.... I think that will help us this weekend!! :)

Troy's greatest contribution to this team is yet to come: settling down ST and providing on-field guidance and reliability for him to make the plays we know he can make. Sean needs a leader/role model and Troy can definitely fill that role.

It's funny that the best acquisition thus far this season appears to be one NOT in the offseason. I love it.

He was also one that we picked up off the streat becuase he got let go. Maybe he knows how lucky he is and instead of thinking about $$$$ signs he just wants to contribute to the T E A M. Some of our players could learn a lot from that kind of attitude.
