During the season? Rice Cakes and plain tuna. that's about it.

I ate virtually nothing all week...ate like hell after tourney's, and spent the whole next week trying to get back down. It was a miserable way to live

I really never had to starve myself. Obviously I had to diet like crazy at the beginning of the season, and I had to skip meals before weigh-ins, but I don't remember ever really being so hungry that I thought I would die.

I constantly felt like I was going to die...no lying either...once I was so dehydrated, my tongue started peeling, infact, maybe this is in the wrong thread. The worst sports injury I ever endured was the lasting effects of wrestling

thats why i never wanted to wrestle. the coach was always heckling me about wrestling.

my friends wrestled and said you lost litterally 3 to 5 pounds a practice. is that true?

I would love to play DE and LB.

Played LB in High School and loved blowing people up....

Heath is a HORRIBLE QB name. I never want to see another QB named Heath again.
