Miami -- Removed FB Kyle Eckel from the reserve-military list and placed him on the exempt-commissioner permission list.

i never knew about these, anyone got any info?


oh yeah, and how many lists are there?

PUP, IR, Practice, active, inactive, the off field PUP thing, military, commissioner permission.... anything else?
