Two historic franchises meet today in the shadows of the nation's capital, and Capitol.

"We've got to win out to have a chance at the playoffs."
The Redskins (2-5) have little margin for error. The Cowboys (4-3) feel better about themselves after winning at Carolina last week. The Redskins had a bye last week.
