Honestly, I'd take less money to go anywhere BUT the Cowboys.
Why take less money when they give you free cocaine in the locker room before every game. And even better, you get to make out with bill parcells after each victory.

Yeah I had brought this up in another thread. I mean no matter how JC plays I still think we'll probably need to get a second QB. And it'd be nice to get someone who has significant game experience but isn't a fossil. Leftwich fits that but he's not a cheap #2.
Garrard finds a way to win somehow, plus I think Del Rio likes that his athleticism opens up more opportunities. Leftwich is solid though, but from what I've heard he and Del Rio aren't seeing eye to eye right nowRemember, the Jaguars D played significantly better against Phili then they did against Houston a week ago. Garrard didn't win the Eagles game and Leftwich didnt' lose the Texans game. But I will agree that there seems to be a very small difference between offensive performance with Garrard and with Leftwich.
IMO, its all about the coach's preference. Leftwich would never have been able to run for that critical first down at the end of the game, and Garrard can't complete passes in traffic like Byron can.

If we are in the market for a QB next year; I"d be very much on the Leftwitch bandwagon.
Again, if we get to somthing like 2-6 or 3-7, this is why we need to play Campbell and find out if a second QB the calibur of Leftiwitch is somthing we need.Jacksonville won't be letting him go though, he might be available by trade if they decide Garrard is the guy, but we don't have draft picks to deal anyway.

It could have something to do with the fact that it takes Leftwich about 6 weeks to wind up and throw the ball.
Damn that! The ball sure does get there with some velocity!
