I'll do an easy one.

While Hall's injuries are a problem, he's been the most accurate kicker Washington has had in more than a decade. I don't think he qualifies as the 9th worst Redskin of all time...

I'll do another easy one (for me at least):
3. Jay Schradoer-held Doug down
How did he hold Doug down? He went on to Super Bowl stardom, while Jay sat the bench...plus Schroeder actually played pretty well while here before tanking his career in Raider Silver and Black.

Seriously. Schroeder was a big part of the 87 Super Bowl team, and he even managed to lead the Raiders to a few playoff wins. There's been far worse quarterbacks in Redskins history.
