He went on to Super Bowl stardom, while Jay sat the bench...plus Schroeder actually played pretty well while here before tanking his career in Raider Silver and Black. Schroeder was a big part of the 87 Super Bowl team, and he even managed to lead the Raiders to a few playoff wins.
