Beyond the rings and the personality, here's the single biggest reason I take Gibbs over Parcells. Loyalty. Parcells was the coach of the Giants for many years but came back to coach the Cowboys. You think Gibbs would have come back to coach the Eagles? I don't. He's a Redskin true and true....except for when he temporarily was with the Falcons

Great point, loyalty is underrated these days.

I still think it's strange to see Parcells in Dallas. He'll always be the Giants coach in my mind.
