The team fears that if the put Campbell in now they'll be sending the message that the season is over.

I have a change that I haven't heard advocated so much...How about Collins for Brunell now?

Give Collins--who knows the offense better than Brunell and Campbell--two weeks to get some timing down with the receivers. He's younger, less beat up, and Saunders trusts him more. Start him at Dallas and see how he does. However, should the team get to 7 losses--start Campbell...

I also think it's time to start Campbell considering playoff talk at this point is nothing more than a joke. However...starting Campbell doesn't fix our swiss cheese defense either. Wow...this season was over in record time as well...speechless!!!

It is over! Let's not kid ourselves. Last year we were 5-6 when we made our run. We have to go 3-1 next month just to get to the same point we were last year!

I know its over, but does the orginization have the balls to admit it and the skins would have to do better than 3-1 next month, they'll have to go 8-1 to have a decent shot at the wild-card.

Classic! I love it!

Old Gibbs can't give up on the season? Funny he can't give up on a game either, he had a chance to give Campbell some playing time in the 4th and instead let Brunell hobble around the field, very entertaining. Then we are kicking fieldgoals AGAIN when we need 3 TD's, I do believe Gibbs has absolutly lost it. At this point I don't think gibbs knows if he's coming or going.

The 2 of them kind of remind me of Laurel and Hardy, Brunell is Stan Laurel of coarse because he has the same goofy smurk with the protruding chin.

the truth is we don't have the personnel to make wide sweeping changes. arch was a huge mistake, carter was a big mistake, lloyd may or may not have been a mistake (can't tell when the QB is the bottleneck on offense).

start wynn, start vincent, start rocky, start campbell. those rookie DTs are good for depth only right now, everyone and their brother can run on them.

missing griffin and lemar REALLY hurt our defense, and carlos coul have helped. khary campbell is not an NFL linebacker, and he's not really a good backup either. holdman, carter, and archuleta are invisible... we needd 11 guys playing defense, not 8. wynn is very average, but i'll take that over "look, i have one-move" carter any day (carter did have 1 nice shed and tackle for loss today, btu that's not enough).

why? we already know collins isn't an NFL starter (and he's OLD), so we should see if the young guy is.
