He's is afraid...of what I don't know, but it's time for him to step aside. I hate to say it this way and it doesn't negate the wonderful things he did for this club in the 80s and 90s, but he had lost it as a coach. No excuse for this assembly of talent to play this poorly, the buck has to stop with the head coach, and he isn't getting it done.
