There is no one who was more effective than him in that span, as we know first hand from him thrashing us. However, you cannot ignore his many mediocre years and fumbles. Tiki has scored 10 or more only twice. Many (respected) people have compared LT to the all-time greats. I have never heard such comparisons for tiki. not to mention, LT is a better receiver.
