Portis starting in the Dallas game was exactly the same thing.

If he can play, then start him in a game that the skins should get ahead in, then sit him.

He needs live contact, play coverage in a game situation and the smell of a win.

Portis was not 100% in the Houston game nor has he been since that game. He went of the Giants game after blocking Lavar, but he will continue to play. Why? he needs to get into "game condition".

no, portis in the vikings game would be the equivalent of springs starting against the titans. portis wasnt ready when he played against the vikings, and he had to miss the next game. that is why i dont want springs to rush this back again, he is too important a player to risk this even more. he better be 110% healthy or bench him.

Play him now. He's had ample time to recouperate. If he's medically cleared to go, get him in there and get him up to speed.

I disagree, it is the Titans, not a great team, and we can slip by them without Springs. Rest him one more week, we will need him in Indy.

Titans are not to be under-cut.

If Springs is healthy... as in really healthy... then why shouldn't we play him? I think it would be beneficial for his development (back into game shape) to actually play in a game. We need him back, and if he's ready... then theres no reason for him not to be playing.

If he's any less then 100% sit him and then worry about next week.

Let him get a weeks rest if he is fine and be ready for the slew of crazy good QBs and WRs we have coming up. Next 4 weeks after have indi, cowboys, and the eagles.

If he's good to go this is a good week to ease him back in and let him get a handful of snaps. I just hope he really is "good to go".

"good to go" PLEASE PLEASE be good to go.

That's kind of what I see happnin'. He gets some work to get his rythym back and test his condition. That way he come back full boat to help staunch Indy's aerial assault
