Hey, in response to some of the more prominent posters, I have made many posts on Redskins.com, but after I tried to post the WHATS WRONG WITH OUR FRONT OFFICE? Barber, Trotter, Smoot, Pierce, and Clark. (http://www.thewarpath.net/redskins-locker-room/14854-whats-wrong-our-front-office-barber.html) and Joe Gibbs becoming like Mary Schottemhiemer (http://www.thewarpath.net/redskins-locker-room/14883-joe-gibbs-becoming-like-mary-schottemhiemer.html) post, I was banned. So, I started posting here. I love Joe Gibbs, but that was not Joe Gibbs football. If it is 3rd and one, and your passing, you better be running on 4th and one. The first coming of Joe Gibbs was a vertical passing game and a smsh mouth running game. He would fake punts to Brian Mitchell, in Redskins territory. The only thing they did not do was this dink and dunk passing game, because Gibbs was not patient enough for it. That is how Parcells would beat us, in the past. He would sit in the cover two defense and wait for us to get impatient and through an interception. Now, we are happy with it. I would just like for him to go and look at the past and take a couple more chances. I don't know anything about football, because I thought we would never lose agian, after we got our free agents. I am worried that I am not the only one. I love Dan Syder, because he has done everything he can to bring us a winner, it just never seems to work out. Many teams never even try to win. So with that said, I am pissed off.

But what really is Joe Gibbs football? I mean as the Offensive Coordinator in San Diego he was heavy on the aerial attack, utilizing the strength of his QB Dan Fouts. Then with the Hogs, he went with a smash mouth ground attack. Now, with speedy receivers he has a pseudo-Walsh West Coast attack

I don't know anything about football
Which is why you should just trust the coaches, because they know a lot about football.

Exactly! I'll admit I was questioning not going for it on 4th and 1 in the third quarter, but it just wasn't our day to win.

Fuck that, everyday is our day to win! No more damn excuses. Just shout up and win and win in your division! Execute on offense and defense!

I disagree, all coaches make mistakes even HOF'ers like Gibbs and Walsh. Then you have 'tard Coaches like Spurrier and Erickson. I try and judge each move and call they make for myself.
Sure they make mistakes, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't trust them. And they definitely do know alot more than we do about football, even Spurrier and Erickson.

If you blindly trusted coaches, Monday morning would be boring. Much like this site with a bunch of Mattys =p

I'm not blindly putting my faith in Gibbs, thinking he's automatically gonna bring us to the promised land. If the playoffs started today, we'd be out of them. I just have enough trust in him to turn this ship around as he's done in the past.
