I just heard on the radio that he's already been released from the hospital. I find it kind of hard to believe that they'd already let him go home if he took that many pain pills, even if they did pump his stomach. I would think that they'd want to keep him for at least a day or two just for observations. But I'm not a doctor, so who knows.

I don't see what could be false at this point. EMS reported he was still trying to stuff pills in his mouth after they arrived. They had to wrestle the pills away.

I just heard that, too. That puts in more in the "cry for attention" than "cry for help" book, IMO.

I think he's being transferred actually. But I'm not sure

You should know better - you have to have faith in the doctors, just like the coaches. Doctors know what's best, so drop the shorts and bend over.

Exactly. Depression is a very serious issue, and when you get so depressed that suicide seems like the best option then whatever jersey you wear or whatever team you root for is irrelevant

Very true, and I do feel for the guy if he truly is that depressed. It's very sad that he has so many gifts yet he is so tormented and unhappy. He has been very self-destructive and that is a clear sign that he has been depressed for a long time.

That makes more sense. I'm getting my news from Elliot in the Morning, so it's not the most reliable of all time.

and no anti-depressents are not a violation of the substance abuse policy. if they were half the league would be suspended.

Obviously, we don't want to jump the gun on this one but it's possible once the dust clears, the Cowboys might place on some type of 'inactive' status for a few games. But again, that's not the main concern right now.

With T.O. exposed to the daylight for the true nutcase he is, who will take his place as leading practitioner of Jackassery? Hmmmmm.........T.O. Shockey.............how does that sound???????? What teams are lining up to take the next flyer on him next? We can rebuild him, we have the technology. Yo' Bill, have a nice day.
