That being said, Arrington was an extremely talented LB, but he refused to follow a system and demanded to be a free lancer. He is almost useless to other teams because of that fact. I don't know if you ever saw LT play, but LaVar can't carry his jockey strap. LT was a one man wrecking crew and every team in the league feared playing against him. He was truly one of a kind, a HOfamer. He changed the course of football games all by himself, LaVar could never do that.
