Did anyone else read that Jerry Porter was laughing last night at Aaron Brooks getting sacked? He's my nominee for idiot of the week.

porter shouldn't be doing that at all... but then again, the raiders are one step away from a mutiny. even randy moss said he didn't know what the hell was going on with the team- they traded away gabriel and de-activated porter before game day... al davis is becoming senile.

I'm not aware of any video of this, just a print reporter's report (anyone who has ever lived in DC knows the chances of that being accurate is a coin flip).

That said, if true, this makes TO look like NFL Team Mate of the year.

Well, Porter wants out of town, so it could have been a ploy to try to get kicked outta town. I don't think that makes it okay, but if he was doing it, that could have been why.

He is kind of a bitch, but if I were in need of a WR, I think I'd take a long look at him.

Porter denied this this afternoon. He said he was laughing and pumping his fists reacting to some fans talking to him while he was on the sidelines.

He's still an idiot though, because he went on to say that he "wasn't even paying attention to the game."

Definitely an idiot, not just by his actions last night but his entire pathetic act all summer. Not a guy this staff would look to bring in that's for sure.

What I don't understand is, even if you don't want to be on a team, you shouldn't kill your marketability by acting like a malcontent. Right?

If he honestly was celebrating his own QB getting sacked, it's a sad statement on the class of modern day players.
