sean taylor soon to pick agentjasonskin 06-04-2004, 02:08 PM The washington post is reporting that Sean Taylor is expected to choose Eugen Mato as his agent in the next several days. sportscurmudgeon 06-04-2004, 02:12 PM When this tidbit makes it into the newspapers and then people actually talk about it, that defines the term: SLOW NEWS DAY !!! MTK 06-04-2004, 02:15 PM SC in case you haven't noticed it's been a slow news month! lol We have a favorite moderator poll going to cryin' out loud! sportscurmudgeon 06-04-2004, 02:26 PM Yes Matty, I did notice the "Favorite Moderator Poll". The difficulty for me in voting in that poll is that I have no idea which of the moderators does what in regard to keeping the board up and running and trying to "direct traffic" among the postings. Since I have no idea who does what, my favorite has to be the one who is making it work at the time I try to log on. In this SLOW NEWS EON, maybe we could have some other threads started such as: Where should the Redskinette's parking spots be located this year? Most underrated Redskin running back of all time - Billy Ray Barnes or Otis Wonsley. Over/Under for number of opponents that Joe Gibbs will say are "really tough" and have "great personnel who can make big plays". (I'll take OVER any number up to 15.5) Should the Skins get rid of the band and use a recording of a monkey farting the Star Spangled Banner to begin the festivities at Fed Ex Field? SmootSmack 06-04-2004, 02:27 PM Well we can thank LaVar and the Postons for our fascination with agents now. JWsleep 06-04-2004, 07:02 PM Should the Skins get rid of the band and use a recording of a monkey farting the Star Spangled Banner to begin the festivities at Fed Ex Field? This is an important question and needs to be mulled over (things are slow, as you note). First, can this monkey 'play' "Hail to the Redskins?" Two, can he also paly H-back or special teams? We can always use another H-backer or ST player. Third, who's his agent? Gmanc711 06-05-2004, 12:38 AM As long as Sean Taylor is signed by training camp, I dont care if he picks a 3 year old as his agent. |
