Carr is looking pretty sharp. I hope they kick Philly's ass!! They have no running game.
Around the NFL game thread: 9/10/0612thMan 09-10-2006, 02:59 PM Carr is looking pretty sharp. I hope they kick Philly's ass!! They have no running game. beau_str 09-10-2006, 03:40 PM i can't believe i have stallworth on my bench!!!!!! hooskins 09-10-2006, 03:49 PM i can't believe i have stallworth on my bench!!!!!! Haha, I have him starting, but I do have B.Westbrook on my bench and Willie Parker in his place, I am kicking myself right about now. Oh yeah I also have Brady in as my QB.... GTripp0012 09-10-2006, 03:52 PM Trent Green just took a nasty blow. Doesn't appear to be any structural damage from what I see, but his head snapped back. He's out cold. hooskins 09-10-2006, 04:22 PM Try this one on for size, I have both TB and BAL D, and I started TB.... 12thMan 09-10-2006, 04:26 PM Looks like Green didn't injure his neck or anything, but he'd definitley done for the day and maybe next week too. The Ravens D is looking in vintage form today. Ed Reed is a beast, but what would you expect, he's from the U. Gmanc711 09-10-2006, 05:35 PM I wish Sean Taylor played for the Jaguars so he could put a stop to the crap that is going on in Jacksonville right now. MonkManiac 09-10-2006, 05:44 PM Cowboys look good. itvnetop 09-10-2006, 05:45 PM OMG... this is my first Sunday with the Ticket... this is just, plain evil! Anyway, my quick thoughts on the morning games (er, the early afternooners for most of y'all): Atlanta's D is just disgusting... but Carolina's offense is really nothing without Steve Smith. Steven Jackson is gonna be a beast this season- they're really feeding him the ball in St. Louis. Reggie Bush lookin' pretty damn good in that two pronged attack for NO (people forget his receiving abilities too- he was their leading receiver today)... their passing game is suspect, so I think RB and DM are both going to be big this season. Saints' O-Line answered some doubts against a solid Browns defensive front- Bush made some people look silly like he did in school. Stallworth is a stud with McNabb- it's like they've had chemistry for a few seasons already. Now flippin' b/t Dallas/Jax and SF/AZ... itvnetop 09-10-2006, 05:59 PM I know it's just the Niners, but AZ is a completely different offense this season... three TDs in the first quarter! They only had 27 points in the first quarters of all last season (all FGs)... |
