I went to school in Coronado and I know a dispatcher for the Coronado Police department; I honestly think this is race related.

Why was an off duty police officer pulling someone over in his own personal car without backup? Why would he fallow him for a significant amount of time without calling it in?

I hope im dead wrong. There are alot of good cops in the CPD that dont need this associated with them.

Would you pullover for someone at 3am who isnt in uniform or in a car with a siren?
