dont forget we have the longest active winning streak on opening day...we come out the doors firing..
Honestly, that concerns me a bit because all history would suggest we would win. Gibbs being undefeated against the Vikes. Our winning streak at home. Urgh.

I threw in my two cents on that website. Curious to see what the responses will be.

On a side note, JESUS H., look at this from TSN.
SportingNews.com - NFL - Week 1 Matchup: Vikings vs. Redskins (http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=121735)
I know it's TSN, but look where they gave the advantages. That's HILARIOUS.

Not to be too annoying, but he ran for over 1,500 yards last season.
Actually, I was responding to a comment from hooskins, who originally made the statement about Portis going over 1400 yards.
Incidentally, isn't 1500 yards "over 1400 yards" ??

malcolm, how does tsn give the vikings so many advantages but yet pick the skins to win? and the vikings have better running backs then the skins? please. i consider myself pretty knowledgeable about football, and cant name one of their running backs

I was more appalled by COACHES! I might give them the o-line and d-line, but the rest of that is crap.

One of my favorite posts from a purpleprider:
"I want it to be a close game so we can fly low under the radar, than when we face the Panthers, BAM!!! Blow up and take it from them in a huge way. 2-0 start here we come."
hahaha...riiiiight, you guys will beat the skins, and then the panthers. let me know when you come back down to earth.

Just like they blew up against juggernauts like the Lions and Packers last year?

Their only big addition was Hutchinson, and as we all know, one player does not a Super Bowl team make.
