When I was like 5 I remember going with my brother to an autograph signing at Best (not Best Buy, just Best. Anyone else remember that store?) and getting Mark Moseley's autograph. I had no idea who he was really, I just wanted to hang out with my older brother and his friends.

I got Theismann's also. Again, I had no clue who he was

Yep, BEST was a very good store. I used to shop there when I lived in the Fairfax area in the 70's and early 80's. I don't think they are around anymore though???

Sadly no. I loved their toy dept. But they had everything there. Sony Watchmans, Casio Calculator Watches, Zenith TVs. Even jewelry!

Ok I looked again and the other Skins Auto was Dennis Johnson #61 DE he played 4 years for the skins in the early 70's and that all I know about him. Anyone know anything about him , was he anygood? I alos found an auto from Cornell Gordon #28 CB for Denver Broncos and the JEts I also know nothing about him.

I did some looking and this was about all I found on him if anyone cares about a little of Skins history. Dennis Johnson - Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame 2006 Inductee - Google Video (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8202123975150524253&q=RBI+baseball)

I can see it now when I finish my game room and have his pick up no one will know who it is.

Cards are worth whatever they mean to someone. Those should be worth much to you for the memory alone.

Here's a list of the signed "cards" I have. I need to show I guess which ones were signed for me and which ones I bought.

I only remember Dennis Johnson-the Boston Celtic.

Sigh, I'm still reminiscing about Best. And all those other stores that have gone by the wayside-People's Drug Store, Crown Books, Kemp Mill Records...
