In his press conference tonight Coach Gibbs said " all of our backs can contribute. Rock, Mike, Betts, AND T.J Ducket" None of them are going anywhere. Add Lumsem or Manuel White. We are set

Again Gibbs, shows us all....IS obviously a JEDI!

It's possible we'll keep all those guys, but really what else would he say?

The force is strong with this team!!

Maybe that is what coach would say..But I see depth in natural athele's.
The key is that everyone contibutes.

Special Teams is where Rock and Betts shine. I would rather have 5 running backs than 5 recievers.

Are you being sarcastic? You need way more receivers than runningbacks. Offensive formations simply have a higher demand for WR. Then there is of course the depth issues, such as last years Seattle game.

Yeah... I really don't think we're keeping more running backs on the roster than wide receivers, simply because in some plays more wide receivers are used, and we need them for depth. I mean, did you really expect Gibbs to say something along the lines of,"well now that we have Duckett, we're probably gonna get rid of Betts or Cartwright."

5 WRs is the bare minimum for a Saunders offense.

I see us keeping 4 RBs and 2 FBs. Portis, Duckett, Betts, Cartwright at RB; and Sellers and Manny White at FB.

Lumsden could hit the practice squad.

I thought Nemo may have had a shot to make the team, but he fumbled yet again. I think he's a goner now.

I think we'll keep Cartwright and Duckett. Rock is valuable on special teams, Gibbs loves that. And I think the whole reason to get Duckett was because he was nervous about the health of Portis and Betts. It's insurance.

Probably means we're only keeping 2 TEs, or maybe Gibbs will make GW do with one less LB. Neither Kevin Simon nor Spencer Havner have done anything to stand out. I was figuring one of them would make the squad but now it's not looking that way to me.

Honestly, with how poor our backup offensive line has played, I could see us carrying less backups for a game than we ussually would have? I could see us carrying all those guys and having less guys at another position.
