That sucks for him. They just said on MNF that he went back to rehab this offseason just to cement his recovery (I didn't read the whole article, maybe they mentioned it).
I guess I'm glad we didn't try to get him.

That sucks for Koren. I was impressed with his willingness to take the voluntary recovery classes. Clearly he needs more help.
Oh man, I took him in one of my fantasy leagues thinking he had turned his life around and hoping he would have a breakout year.
Never trust a boozer. Sooner or later they'll let you down.

My heart goes out to anyone with a substance abuse problem. I wonder if the Vikings made any attempt to provide Robinson with a "caretaker", given his importance to the offense of that team.
I would not be surprised if he receives a four-game suspension. This is a multiple offender of both the league and the law, and he will face stiff penalties.
Anybody that shows up to jail half in the bag really has a problem.
I feel bad for the guy, he needs some serious help.

I think he's due for a long suspension. Hasn't he already been suspended a year? or was he suspended for 4 games before? Either way, don't expect to see him come 9/11 unless there was some really bogus reporting goin on.
I feel for him, he seemed to be a bright guy that was putting things together. I would much rather see him on the field against us, even if playing the vikes w/out him makes it easier for our db's.

I agree...substance abuse is a real beast. A relapse can get you at any time from any angle if you aren't a really strong person. I hope he has the support system necessary to truly recover. A lot of times I think these guys think they can do a 28 day recovery program and walk away...it ain't that easy, it requires a life change. I've seen it up close and personal so I can attest to that. Hope he can get his life in order.
On the other hand, I know you always want to beat their best, but with Springs likely out for the first game or two, this certainly might even the cards a little bit.

Matty I took him last night about 30 minutes before he was arrested. Gonna hang on for now, see what he is charged with before ditching.
